1. Right of Withdrawal for Goods

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

2. Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

In the case of contracts for the supply of digital content which is not delivered on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires once we have begun performance of the contract after you have:

• expressly consented to us beginning performance of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and

• confirmed your knowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once performance of the contract has begun.

3. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or letter) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

4. Consequences of Withdrawal (Goods)

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs earlier.

5. Return of Goods

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

6. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

• for the supply of digital content once performance has begun and the above-mentioned conditions have been fulfilled.
